Right sided chest pain for3 months.

Hello, I'm 30 male. for the past 3 months i have been experiencing intermittent right sided chest pain. Sometimes I feel it in my right arm, sometimes it radiates in my back. I'm a registered nurse and I know a little about different conditions and symptoms, but this one confuses me. Respiratory wise I don't have any cough, SOB, fever, my lung sounds clear and I walk 5 miles 5-6 days a week.  I don't have nausea, stools are normal. I can't recreate the pain, it doesn't seem to be affected by moving, twisting, bending etc. I started on prilosec about 2 months ago and the pain subsided significantly. I aslo went to my doctor and she didn't find it necessary to do anything, just advised to continue on prilosec and put me on Lisinorpil for a slightly high BP. She also told me to see her in a month.
About a week ago the pain started coming back. It is not intense and comes and goes on its own. Nothing seems to aggravate or alleviate it. It does cause a lot of mental stress to me though. I'm going back to see my doctor in aweek.  
i'm confused and tired of thinking about serious causes.

Victor, we don't typically have docs or nurses on this side of the forum. Every once in awhile one will drop in, but it's not a usual thing. Thank you for your reply. I am planning on possibly doing endoscopy.
Is there a doctor that can give me his/hers opinion please?

If the prilosec cut the discomfort for awhile, you may want to check with your doc about testing for H. pylori and also possibly doing an upper endoscopy. Have you considered getting checked for possible gallbladder issues?
