Severe Abdominal Pain - a mystery

My 14 year old daughter has had severe abdominal pain for the past 2 weeks.  We have been to two different ER's, have had blood work, 2 abdominal and pelvic sonograms, and a CT scan.  All results have come back fine.  The WBC is not elevated.  I think my child has appedicitis, but the medical community tells me no.  Her pain started really 3 weeks ago, in the center, below her rib cage.  The pain then moved to her belly button (about 1 inch to the right and 1 inch down).  That was the first trip to the ER (initial blood work, sonogram, rectal exam) - nothing.  We followed with additional blood work to rule out colitis, ulcer, crones, etc., and tried some Nexium.  1 week later, her pain moved about 3 inches to the right and down an inch.  Looks like appendicitis to me.  Dr sent us for another sonogram.  Nothing.   This past week we were back in the ER as her pain was severe - we tried a different ER.  More blood work, and a CT scan.  Everything was normal.  She is now upstairs crying in pain - she says it's just about a 10 on a scale of 1-10.  I think it's appendicitis - any thoughts? Any other ideas?   Please hurry.

Thanks for the feedback.  I did take her to the ER twice as the pain persisted - even though all tests were negative for everything - including appendicitis.  We have figured out what is going on.  My daughter's body is not aligned.  Her right hip is 1/2 inch higher than her left.  This is causing her ligament to be stretched unnaturally, 24/7.  It caused her extreme pain around 4 in the morning a few times (hence the trips to the ER) b/c she sleeps in a fetal position - causing the ligament to be stretched in the same position with no relief for 5 or 6 hrs.  Ouch.  She started phys therapy - the pain is lessening as she is doing exercises between sessions to get the hips aligned again.  This sort of thing is caused by stress.  No one in the medical field even thought of this....ligaments don't show up on their tests.....it's sometimes good to think outside the box....

I would take her back to the ER and ask them exactly how they are ruling out appendicits. But her pain started out too high for the appendix, and it is blood test that normally rule this out.  Is she having any trouble with her right leg?  This also accompanies appendicitis.  Have they checked her ovaries?  Are her bowel ovements normal?
