Should I still seek a second opinion or not?

I have been seeing a regular Internal Medicine Physician as well as a Gastroenerologist for the last at least 5-6 years.  I have been through numerous tests and every time they say show and say the same thing..NOTHING...but I'm still having weird colored bowel movments of orange brown, and even very very bright orange and very very light brown and still in severe pain every day. I am on plenty of medicines for it and still not getting any better. I also have had my Gallbladder taken out, but if I want to seek a second opinion all the doctors in the area are already here and in the same building. I have been diagnosed with IBS one week and CIC the next and then they say its just my imagination. I am confused right now, and also am a 34 year old female.
