Still annoyed

I had my gallbladder removed a month ago with no major gallstones just inactivity.  However, I still experience the nausea in waves and have the diahrrea especially after I eat anything.  The nausea and diahrrea can last a whole day and the only relief I tend to get is if I take the anti-nausea medicine I was given when this all started.  I thought once my gallbladder was out all this would be gone and I would feel good all the time again. So not sure what is still going on at this point, I also get the stomach gurgling, reflux and a feeling like my stomach is all knotted up, so not sure if some light could be shed on my situation.  I am open to any responses or suggestions just to have some normalcy once in a while.  Thank you! :)

I just had mine out 2 and half weeks ago... I know you should be slowly introducing foods back into the diet, as if you eat greasy or high fattening food its can cause problems, are you eating healthy foods for now?  As well I am taking a pill like Zantac for a bit probably a month to help with extra acid... are you taking anything right now for that?  As well if you are drinking milk or eating any dairy make sure its skim milk and fat free sour cream etc... just while your body adjusts, i know if you jumped right back into things it can cause pain and nausea...
