Stomach Pain

Everytime I eat reguardless what it is I get severe pain all over my stomach. I sometimes have chest pain but that has seem to let up. I don't have any different stool since this pain has started. I am just in constant pain, it doesn't go away after an hour or two it stays with me thoughout the day. What could this be? I have already had my gallbladder, liver, and pancrease checked and they are fine. Dr doesn't have any idea what this is and acts as though I am making this up.. I tell you I can deal with pain but this is rediculous and I wouldn't keep going to him if I was healthy.. Anyways anything I could get would be helpful, I just want to be healthy again.. I do have anxiety and high blood pressure for the last month and 1/2 if that makes a difference. Other than that I am over weight but have lost 6 pounds so far in 2 weeks and without doing anything. I don't know if that has anything to do with this either. Anyways what ever advice or counsel you can give I would greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  How long has this been going on for?  If this has only been going on for a short time, then I would recommend just making some dietary changes.  Try eating smaller more frequent meals.  Try to avoid things high in fat, avoid lots of lactose, and avoid anything that is hard to digest.  Do you normally eat a healthy diet?

Hello, Thanks for commenting and trying to help. This has been going on for about a month now. It is just getting worse and some of other symtoms are going away. I dont' have a diet that I currently am on, I just eat whatever whenever.  I'm talking about prepackaged foods, I don't do sweets or anything like that. I have accually lost wieght within the last few weeks because I don't eat that much to often cause it hurts too much.

I would recommend starting eating a healthy diet without any preservatives or prepacked foods.  Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and things higher in fiber.  Avoid lactose too.  Try that for a while and see if that helps.
