Why does my brother vomit after every meal?

My brother is 23 years old and a few ago he started vomiting after every meal. He has been to the doctor and they have just ruled it out as Acid Reflux but no medication has helped with anything. I am a CNA and have dealt with Diverticulitis but he only has the abdominal pain and vomiting and just after every single meal. He cant hold anything down what so ever! If anyone has any ideas please let me know. At this point we are looking into anything. Thank you in advance and God Bless!

is it literally every meal? if he eats an apple on its own, will he still vomit? Or is it large full meals? Is it every type of food?
