Stomach pain

Hello, 24/m in shape  major med history.I have recently started having some stomach problems. Around 2 months ago I was experienceing lower left abdominal pain which felt like gas and bloating, which presisted untill about 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago everything I would eat started giving me indigestion and my stomach started to spasm and cause pain under my upper left and right rib cage. I started taking prilosec and antacids about 6 days ago. Starting yesterday I became naucious and have lost my appitite. I am getting pain under my left and right rib cage. The pain seems to come and go and sometimes feels like it moves down my right side and spasms. I am going o the doctor tomorrow morning, what should I be expecting. Anyone else had these symptoms?

Saw the GI doc and he confirmed I was very backed up. Took a laxative and emptied everything that could have been in there. Started taking a fiber supplement and watching my diet. I still get the pains in the same spot but much less frequent and the pain goes away as soon as I pass gas. What could be causing all of the gas buildup on a daily basis, I am getting frustrated with this.

Went to a clinic, had xrays and a urin sample done. All normal, they told me it could be constipation and gave me a number to a gastric doctor, hope I can get in to see him today.

Sounds like gallbladder symptoms.
