Constant Nausea&Abd Pain All Tests Negative

I am a 17yo male/fit/healthy except for the 30lbs I have lost in the past year. i cannot eat or drink or even move around walking or do anything else because I am constantly nauseated with upper abdominal pain fist size starting at my sternum, so much that I take the max amount of Zofran and Atarax that I can and sometimes more.  I have missed a 1.5 months of school and had every test at Children's Mercy Hospital in KCMO that they can do. During which they found I had a birth defect (during a CT w/contrast which was called MALROTATION OF INTENSTINES) which stalled my original horrible issues: CONSTANT NAUSEA and PAIN.  I was sent home yesterday feeling like they thought it was all mental and referred to a therapist to deal with my pain.  Well, my pain FROM WHAT!  Along with every blood test known to man, I had an upper and lower GI and 8 biopsey's all coming back NEGATIVE.  This has been the most awful thing and have no idea what to do.  I can barely swallow and feel I will just get dehydrated and be going right back.  Its embarrasing and it is REAL and my mother and I dont know what to do.  Can anyone help me please?  Can anyone relate or suggest what I am to do?  I need to get on with my life.
