The normal remedies aren't working!

Thank you to anyone taking the time to read this. Any advice is welcome.
I've been having this problem over a year now. It is severely affecting my eating schedule, and my functionality in life.
As far as I know, I do not have any food allergies, and I have not been known to be particularly sensitive with my stomach before, but I am almost always nauseous. Like a tightness I can't get rid of, with LOOOTS of burping and gas. Some days I can't keep any food down at all, and if I start the cycle of throwing up to alleviate the nausea,  sometimes I end up throwing up all day in 15-30 min increments until I pass out. While there are days that it does not get to the point of exhausting myself, it has gotten to that point twice, and I never want that to happen again so I need help. I'll change my diet, my routine, ANYTHING.
Here's what usually happens:

Lately is if normal for me to wake up with mild -medium stomach cramps, which then leads to excess saliva, which then makes me sick to my stomach preventing me from eating. When i don't eat, my stomach gets tense, I start to burp a lot and if I let it go on too long I start throwing up bile. Sometimes I can manage to eat some breakfast, and it stays down.....other times it doesn't matter and I'm apparently going to start puking.
If I start throwing up more than once, or my nausea didn't go away after the initial vomit then it becomes psychological and I can't calm myself down enough to stop throwing up. I usually have to call someone to coach me through it until I can rest.
I don't have insurance and I haven't been in a position where I can see a doctor. I think my symptoms could be stress related, even if I don't know of any food allergies I'm certain it's possible to develop them. I don't know what is causing me to feel this way, I just want some advice on what I can do to either prevent to regulate my nausea. (I even had to take a break from writing this to throw up twice!)
The only thing that has ever subsided my nausea or made it go away is pot. I don't condone this, and I don't want people to look down upon or even dismiss my claim because of it. It's just what has helped and I realize this is not the best method (nor the cheapest) to handle my situation which is why I'm asking for help. Not to mention  I can't afford that right now and I don't want to depend on it.

Things like carbonated drinks, ginger root, and emptying my stomach do not help. Can you please recommend something other than pot to help with my nausea?

Hopelessly Sick

Thank you for taking time to respond.
Yes, I do have my gallbladder. My mom and sister have mild acid reflux.
My mother has lactose intolerance, and I read that it could be genetic but I am not certain if my source was credible. I never had problems with dairy like this, so I'm not positive if that is what I am experiencing.
I am ready to cut dairy out of the picture if that is the case.
Any feedback is very appreciated. Thank you.

Jessers, do you still have your gallbladder? Do any GI issues run in your family? Do any foods seem to make the situation better or worse? Does anyone in your family have any food intolerance issues?
