Treatment for H. Pylori question

Hello everyone, I would like an opinion about my current situation because I'm stressing a little and I know I shouldn't but it's impossible not to.
One day I had some coffee, and later that night I felt extremely nauseos, I couldn't sleep the whole night but I never threw up. Afterwards, everytime I would eat I would feel very nauseous, but I knew I had to eat. The symptoms got worse, my chest was hurting and felt that weird when breathing. After many visist to the doctor, they decided to do an endoscopy, which showed that I have ulcer, GERD LA class A and hiatal hernia on the esophagus and superficial gastritis and ulcers on the stomach. Besided from that, they run the test to see if I had H. Pylori and it was positive.

They gave me the treatment for 14 days (Amoxycillin, Clarithromycin and Esomeprazole, the esomeprazole after 14 days I still have to take it for 3 months)
I've started the treatment and some days I feel good, some other not and I'm just wondering when I should see some improvment? I've had H. Pylori in the past, but it wasn't as bad as this time and I'm just tired of not feeling well, I know I shouldn't rely on the internet too much but I'm in another country and even though they speak english in the hospital I still feel a little scared about all this.
Is this also going to help with the hiatal hernia?

Thank you

PS. The breathing difficulty is no longer a problem. I do burp a lot after eating which, if I'm nauseous, helps to relief that.
Also, is it ok to drink ginger tea, just boil it and drink it?
