Treatment without drugs?

I've been diagnosed with GERD/LPR/IBS - I was put on PPI's, Bentyl etc.  Can I treat these issues without drugs?  The drugs make me so tired and I get very vitamin deficient quickly and have already been diagnosed with Osteopenia at 32.  I already have started lifestyle changes - such as changing diet, elevating bed etc.  Can I fix this without drugs?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Besides dietary changes and H2 blockers (which don't carry the same risks as PPI's) there is not much else I have to offer you.  You probably will have more luck on the alternative therapies community: http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Alternative-Therapies-/show/685  ; Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
