H pylori
Today I finished my 2 week treatment for h pylori. But I'm still having some stomac pain as well alot of stomach gurgling. Does that mean that I still have h pylori and the antibiotics didn't work?

Continued symptoms do not necessarily imply that the infection persists or that the antibiotics were ineffective. The symptoms could point towards other causes such as continued inflammation, GERD, superadded GI infection, chest wall inflammation etc. You may consider a review with your treating gastroenterologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
