Non relaxing anal sphincter? Anal spasms?

Hi I'm 32 and for the past nine years since my sons birth I have been unable to relax my anal sphincter. I was fine before my sons delivery in 08.... but some traumatic injury happened that no doctor in Houston has been able to diagnose. The straining got so bad that in 2012 my colon was removed but didn't solve the problem. I have been through hell and back but my two boys get me through it.  My second was a C-section. I do water enemas twice a day sometimes more because I physically can't release my poop. If there is anyone that went through this during a delivery I just want you to know YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Still looking for a cure.....
