Thanks for the advice you have given to sissy...last night I could have used some. I am not getting much needed sleep. I wouldn't take Ambien either. Perhaps I need to pick some up...my daughter told me she has taken Tylenol PM and that works great too. Sometimes you have to watch it to make sure it does not affect your liver...and me without a gallbladder...well we know I need my liver in prime shape.
Think I am going to pick some up today! Hopefully it will help with the back pains I have been waking up with too. I am sure the back aches have to do with the gallbladder removal.
My doctor wanted to put me on it, and I refused. I had a friend that did such crazy things while on it, that she had to quit taking it. A friend told me about Simply Sleep by Tylenol ( it is not habit forming), so I tried it with great results. I sleep well, and wake up feeling good. Walgreens offers the exact same thing under their name and it's a lot cheaper, so I switched to it, same great results. Well worth trying!
I have never taken it myself. But I have a friend of mine who stopped taking it because she had the hardest time waking up and feeling normal. She was always late for work and almost got fired because she complained about feeling "foggy" all day. I bet you would get alot more posts if posted in another forum. Are you taking any others meds with it, because that could be what is causing alot of the "not remembering" factor.
Hope it gets better! Please let me know. I suffer from anxiety as well, and the doctor put me on something different for sleeping. You can send me a message if you like. : )
