up the fiber intake for sure. try adding a probiotic. and a ton of water
I do use a lot of seasoning but no salt. I will have to up my fruit.
A couple weeks before I cut a lot of unhealthy foods out. Starting eating more fish and chicken. I've always ate veggies. Started exercising a little. No meds or antibiotics.
Stick to unseasoned meat, fresh fruits and vegetables for 1-2 days. (No prepackaged or multi seasoned products) If you notice a difference add more single ingredient foods to diet. If feeling better, save introduction of wheat products until last.
