burning pain at the sternum

Burning pain for 6 months; had all tests-catscan; ab untrasound, endoscopy; conoloscopy; bone scan; catscan of back and chest; all tests were negative.  I have a heart problem, have a defibalator and am diebetic.  I take meds such as gabapentin, spironolactone, propanolol, surosemide,  digoxin  an d warforin.

What is causing this unbearable pain after I eat - I lost 35 lbs and no doctor can seem to help me

Could this be diet related I know you are diabetic so you obviously are careful what you eat, I had gallbladder cholic and it is horribly painful, I went to the search engine and they gave me all kinds of advice, like what I could eat and what to avoid, and not eat in the evening ,no dairy, no wheat, you are of course on a few Meds and could that also be the cause of some interreaction?I hope you feel better soon its miserable when you are in so much pain, let us know how you are doing.
