worms, flatulence and hair loss

Dear sir,
I had dengue fever 3 months back and had got fully recovery from that. Now presently my issue is, I have been suffering from 3 problems for last 3 months. 1. Worms (sometimes only) 2. Frequent farting many times a day (flatulence, with noise and without) 3. Hair loss in better way.  Don’t have any other issues. But these problems really disappoint me. I never faced these issues ever in my life before.  I am drinking more water a day and avoiding all bad food for last one week. Still no relief..
   Are these can be symptoms of any disease? What medication needed? Please advise me…
