i have been having constant bloating, i look like im about 6 months pregnant. i am 50 years old, can you give me any solutions
It could also be gluten intolerance or carbohydrate intolerance or reduced stomach acid. Or possibly your gallbladder. A few more things to consider. Good luck finding answers.
It might be lactose intolerance. You can try cutting out all lactose to see if that helps.
