What is fluid filled, peristaltic bowel loops?

Hi, I am having a stomach pain frequently. I feel, it is gastric problem, but it is not going. It comes frequently even i do have normal food. I had ultra scan also, and it's showing everything is normal and shows only fluid filled, peristaltic bowel loops noted. And when i asked the doctor, he told everything is normal and prescribed me some medicines. But after sometime again, i have the same problem. Pl help me out.
