could there be a "big picture"?

recently had my yearly physical, and the labs show: low TSH, low B12, low Vitamin D, slightly high LDL, and everything else normal.  I have been complaining for a couple years of extreme bloating, gas, varying bowel movements from loose to hard, fatigue, and jaw soreness.  Also, I have been diagnosed with GERD.  Can anyone think of a possible diagnosis that might include most if not all of these symptoms. I realize that all of these things could be coincidence, but it has all come about rather suddenly.  I'm a 31 year old male, who doesn't get much exercise, but is in pretty decent shape.  I also smoke a pack a day.  (I had a chest x-ray and lower abdominal ultrasound performed two weeks ago, and the results were normal).  Any and all ideas are welcome.  Thank you.

Celiac disease could cause all the above symptoms!  It causes vitamin deficiencies (all the ones you mention above), GERD, bloating, intestinal issues, etc.  The jaw pain (though I don't know for sure) might be caused by low magnesium (another nutrient not absorbed in celiac disease).  Low magnesium can cause tension in the muscles, maybe causing teeth grinding at night.  Just a stab in the dark on that one.

Look up celiac disease.  You have to eat a gluten free diet (no wheat, barley, rye or oats) to heal the intestines and cure the other problems.  You will need to take a multivitamin (Nature Made is gluten free) to make up for nutrients missing in the diet.

Something for you to look into.  If you'd like to try the diet and have questions, just leave me a note.
