could this be a stomach ulcer?

Hey all, I am 16 years old and I am very concerned. Out of nowhere, I had this aching, sharpish pain in my stomach all over. I feel a little sick to my stomach but it's more stomach pain rather than having to throw up. Could this be a stomach ulcer? I am very scared and I know my mom won't believe me so please help me out!
