Only in the respect that I do eat yogurt (the so-called regular type, not the ones that are advertised to help digestion) almost every day. I can't say that I've noticed any difference since doing this (have only been doing this about a month), but again, it could be because of the type of yogurt that I'm eating.
Do you use any or a lot of artificial sweeteners such as aspertame or splenda? For me, I've found that the more I use these, the more gas I get - but could also be because most of the time, if I'm having them, it's in a diet soda, so it could be at least partially due to the carbonation, although I have also noticed it if I put sweet-n-low (aspertame) in my coffee. Splenda actually gives me HORRIBLE stomach issues, so I avoid anything that contains it.
Definitely try to avoid foods that are prone to causing gas and bloating such as any type of bean/legume, cabbage, broccoli. Also, try to be aware of how quickly you're eating and drinking when you do - the slower you eat/drink, the less apt you are to swallow extra air which can add to gas and bloating symptoms.
What types of treatments have you tried? Are you taking any other medications or supplements? If so, are any of them new or had a change in dose recently?
GasX works pretty well for me - I use the chewable type rather than the liquid or pill form -- I find they work better and quicker.
