help! burning in chest and nausea also bouts of diareah

I am a 60  yr old female never really been sick before and I have started having nausea some dieahrea and really bad burning in my chest have also started having really bad anxiety attacks seems to be worse in the mornings went to the DR and was started on levaquin, falgy and a stomach pill they drew some blood work to check for H Pylori results not back yet, even having some burning up in my throat occ, have also been feeling shaky and just feel unwell, just feel like crap! anyone out there been going thru this too and what is it?

It could be GERD. Try laying off all foods and drinks that are acidic and see if it makes a difference.
