i had a barium enema and the radiologist said my colon is fine. why

i had a barium enema and the radiologist said my colon is fine. why do i have to go to the doc for the results?

It is most likely that you had the barium enema to rule something out & maybe other things need to be done if your still have the issues that first brought to him.

I suspect that it's standard procedure to follow up with patients and to go over any results.
