liver area pain

I developed liver area pain after 30 years of taking zantac for ME/CFS.  I stopped taking it and its been manageable most of the time.  All tests for liver function and imaging are normal.  I recently took 2-4 drops of CBD oil approximately 6-7 times and now have significant pain in this area.  I understand it could be musculoskeletal but it seems 'different'.  If I take OTC pain relievers or even one beer, my symptoms increase.  I take liver support products like Tudca.  Any thoughts or treatment options, let me know.  Thanks.
