What is wrong?

54 yr. old male smoker with 3 weeks of watery diarrhea and 10 lb. weight loss since. First week had bloating and gas with diarrhea. Doctor prescribed lomotil- didn’t work. Doctor prescribed bentyl - didn’t work. Blood test is normal except for low protein due to diarrhea. Not dehydrated. Stool sample test is normal.
