pains in my stomach

I  had these stomach pains for 4 days now I can't keep nothing down. I have thrown up grayish black stuff. I have not eaten at all I am dihydrated can't go to the doctor I have no insurance and no money coming in please help me It hurts bad

I have no way to the hospital I have no car. I don't know people up here because I just moved here not to long ago. My daughter is always out of town for her job. I don't want to call 911 then that will be another bill for emergency rideing in a ambulance.

If you're vomiting greyish/black stuff, you MUST be seen by a doctor IMMEDIATELY - it could very well be a sign of stomach bleeding, which can be very serious.  I know you said you have no insurance, but if you go to your local hospital's emergency room, they must treat you and most hospitals have a patient assistance or charity program available for those without insurance.

Seriously, this could be a very serious problem and it needs to be checked out NOW.  Please do not delay or let your lack of insurance stop you from getting help.
