problems after gallbladder removal

My daughter (now 23 )had Laparoscopic cholecystectomy 4 yrs ago. Since, she s been having problems with diarhea, pain. and lately on top of that nausea, bloating and constipation. it is so bad that it seems like this problem took over her life. we have been to the doctors they said it can be stress, food(but she does not eat fatty or junk food). had blood work done, ultrasound, endoscopy.nothing can't be find. i am very frustrated cause i do not know what to do and which doctor to see.please  tell me what other tests can be done to see whats going on? Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your daughter. I'm 25 myself, however, I had my appendix removed a few years back. I almost can understand what she is going through. She should be checked for scar tissue. Sometimes it can form strong bands that pulls on the walls of the abdomen, stomach, intestines, and so on. However, they can be removed, but new scar tissue will always form. I would also, ask for a CT scan. If there is definitely something going on that will pinpoint it! Another complete blood count wouldn't hurt either to make sure there isn't any infections.

Lots of well wishes!
