problems after hysterectomypain

i had a hysterectomy 7 years ago and 1week after surgery my stomach broke open they did not put a drainage tube inwhen had operation they reopened me in the doctors surgery and took a swob found septisiemia.thenleft site opened had five more operations on hysterectomy site to remove septis and left me opened each time to heal inside out i am still interriable crippling pain bloat like i am 6\7 months pregnant.and vomit i use panidine forte and buscopan and mysyndol heat packs i also vomit sometimes continually then have to go hospital to be put on adrip  can you help

Unfortunately, I have to agree with Jaybay.  Another avenue you might consider in addition to the surgeon would be a Pain Management doctor who treats abdominal pain.  Not always easy to find either.  Either way, good luck.

I can pretty much guarantee that you have bowel adhesions (scar tissue) causing intestinal obstruction as a result of the surgery and the infection.  Same thing happened to me.  The only treatment is surgery to release the scar tissue that is binding up your intestines.  The hardest thing is finding a surgeon willing to do the work because scar tissue generally doesn't show up on imaging studies.  A full bowel obstruction might show up, but not the scar tissue alone.  You can either start with a gastroenterologist or a general surgeon, and be sure to bring copies of your medical records regarding the hysterectomy and subsequent surgeries.  I wish you the best of luck in finding a surgeon to do this work  It's not easy.
