Have you tried the gluten free diet?  The completely dairy free diet (including butter, etc.)?
Or both together?  And how long did she try to eliminate each food?

Does she have any other symptoms - body aches, fatigue, sleeping excessively, fever?  Anyone on either side of the family have  GI problems or autoimmune problems?

Is she stressed about school or friends?  Does she show signs of anxiety?  There's a direct connection between the brain and the intestines.
