thigh cramps and lower abdominal pressure

I have a pressure type feeling in my right lower abdominal area, and sometimes have thigh cramps, like a nerve is being obstructed.  I have had gastric bypass and gall bladder surgery.  I am otherwise very healthy for 71, and it kind of feels like gas pressure or constipation.    No pain.   It is not constant.   I sit in a recliner for the evening hours and this position seems to be when I have  the problem.  I don't notice it when I am on the go.  It is like something gets shoved into the wrong place.   I have had various things not feel right since my gall bladder surgery.  Anyone ever have this?
