what is wrong with me?

I've had stomach problems since i was a little child, recently it has gotten worse with addition to new symptoms, and now it seems to be the same time of day btwn 2-5 30 pm, i feel extremly tired, its hard to keep my eyes open they get dry as well as my mouth, It is hard to keep my head from falling and at times my hands seem heavy like i cant get them to work they feel tired. I have had mild scoliosis since i was around 12 or 13 so i have always suffured from constant back pain and spine discomfort but this stomach fatigue is taking over me. I was told a long time ago that i might have an ulcer the top of my stomach just where the middle of my ribs end always feels like it has acid dripping down when i eat it calms the feeling but if i dont, it hurts a lot I also have a lot of problems with going to the bathroom and gas. I hardly ever burp when i do its when my stomach husrt but it is almost impossible to burp I have to concentrate and hope it works cause in most csaes it goes away. I feel like all this air is just stuck inside me. another symptom is Nauseousness very dizzy and mostly with no energy. so what is wrong with me? are all these symptoms related?  I just turned 27 years old.

Check with a cardiologist.  If your heart is not working properly, it can cause fatigue, nausea, dizzy.  My son is nauseated everyday when he wakes up.  Sometimes he can get out of bed at noon, sometimes not until 6:00 at night.  He is scheduled to see a cardiologist in 2 weeks, at the urging of his psychologist.  He has been dealing with this for 3 years.  He saw a gastroentrologist, then a neurologist, then of course when they couldn't figure it out, it must be anxiety.  So they referred him to a psychologist, who says it is not anxiety.

If this doesn't pan out, then they want him to see an Ear,nose throat doc. Inner ear??

Check for celiac issues. The intense tiredness/fatigue is a symptom that is seen in many with celiac/gluten issues. And many of your other symptoms are consistent with celiac, too. Check to see if anyone in your family - extended family - has food intolerance issues.

You may want to consider trying a gluten-free diet for a couple of weeks to see if it's of help. Cut out wheat, rye, barley, oats and malt in any form from any source. You won't see changes over night, but if you see small indications that you're feeling better stick with it.
