whats going on???

i am a 21 y/o female. i have had very very runny (consistancy of water) diarrhea for 10 days. there is constantly a dull ache in my stomach and i constantly feel like i have to go to the bathroom. the 3rd night of the diarrhea i was bending over in pain from a stomach ache and i've been taking pepto bismol but it hasnt been working. i havent had stomach pain like that since, just a dull ache that seems to get worse right after i eat, but then goes back down to a dull pain. the last two days my whole body just aches, and i feel very weak, and i feel like im going to throw up. i've never had diarrhea like this before or for this amount of time. i have 2 kids to take care of , i cant be running to the bathroom every 10 minutes. whats wrong with me?

get a stool test,it could be some kind of infection like campylobacter

i had same thing two times in the past 2 years and i have no clue what it was,docs say acute gasteritis attack,,but i think it was something much more serious,but sever thousand dollars of tests say im alright!!!
i was doubled over in pain,slight fever,and very watery poops.
it lasted for like 1-3 days,and went away.
i dont know,aby food poisoning?,,,but i wasnt throwing up.
