My baby isn't eating as much

A few days ago my infant son fell on his head onto pavement, about a 2 foot drop. He has been doing okay until today, he seems to be crying more than usual and is not eating well. He is only eating about 2 ounces every 3 hours, and he is 2 months old. Do I need to take him to the emergency room?

He is doing okay. He didn't have any damage to his head. The doctor said he might be getting sick but I am pretty sure it is this formula he is on...Nutramigen. He is VERY gassy.
