why am i vomiting back and have black stool

This is the second time this week I have been vomiting black and having black stool I can't hold anything down can anyone help me or tell me what I should do?

I agree with onthefence you should go to the ER.. Best to have yourself checked then to second guess what is happening with you.. let us know how you are doing ok. lesa

I an clean know for over 4 years from crack cocaine and not addicted to anything else I smoke but I don't drink so if anyone can help me I would appreciate it

if your stool is black and looks like coffee grounds got to the er immedietly!
also dark vomit could possibly be blood, same with extremely dark stool.
I don't say this to freak you out , seriously just do some google searches on black stools.
I am not a doctor so I cannot give medical advice but I think it would be better to be safe than sorry.
