6 months baby stool pus cell 10-20/hpf

Baby is 6 months old.
Born at 30 weeks 5 days.
Currently on 100 % bottle feed formula one nan pro 1.
Please see below stool report.

Ah, wish I had a 6 month old baby!  Diapers and all.  Anyway, why did you do a stool analysis for him/her?    Mucus can be found in stool and is produced by the large intestines and helps stool passage.  However, pus is/are (?) white blood cells which indicates some type of infection.  Bacteria has been present.  Does your baby have loose stools or has been sick?

Colour of the stool got changed from greenish yellow to greish green so docter asked us to do stool test..after reports he asked us to give s oflo-m syrup...bit this does not solve the problem and report is still same with rbc 0-3 ..now he asked us to give Ami kaci 25 ml injection...we are worried what to do next..we have not given the injection right now..ned your guidance thank you
Baby is doing fine with no symptoms of loose motion and sickness
