Anxiety or Heart problem?

26 year old female. Last EKG 2 years ago and Echocardiogram. Both results showed nothing. Starting last year while I was at a gas station pumping gas all of a sudden I got a weird sensation in my throat. It's so weird it’s really hard to describe but I’ll try. It was like a 1 second flutter right below "if I had an atoms apple” where that would be lol but defiantly above my collar bone. Now knowing that I am an anxiety sufferer I feel like I know the difference between a heart palpitation and this weird sensation. This weird feeling only lasted a split second it did not heart or cause any other symptom it just felt off. So over the next year it happened a few times and recently it’s been happening every few weeks. Now I’ve had 3 major panic attacks in my life so far and the last one was in June since June I’ve not really returned to my "normal" self due to the constant fear and worry of having another one. So I definatly feel a little more on edge lately. So about 3 weeks ago I got the weird sensation again and this time is was a tad bit stronger which got me nervous and caused me to get that " anxiety Flush " before a panic attack but I quickly stopped my mind from letting it get to that point by saying " ok you felt this weird thing for almost a year now, and nothing ever came of it so relax" and I did exactly that. I have super bad post nasal drip and constant congestion in my nose (spring and summer are the worst for me) But if I remember correctly I don’t recall it happening last year in the fall and winter so I don’t know if its allergy related or maybe anxiety related I do notice that when I stress about it magically it sometimes re surfaces. But there have been plenty of occasions that I was not stress or even thinking about it when I felt it. I would be going to sit down in a chair and feel it or be talking with someone a feel it. . So what do I do? Probably the worst thing a gal can do I "goggled” it lol so now I am starting to think it’s a heart issue. To my knowledge I have no existing heart condition.  I've been to the doctor and they listened to my heart routine listening though I didn’t say anything about the weird feeling. and like I said at the beginning I had an EKG and echo done 2 years ago and everything is ok. I’m really scared it’s my heart : / also I am 9 weeks pregnant but again I’ve felt this feeling even before I was pregnant maybe a little more now though. I'm scared...

Our body sometimes does weird things to us, sometimes to warn us of problems, sometimes just being a nuissance with no real problems.

I think I understand what you have been experiencing. I have felt something along the same lines myself, though, not recently. I also suffer from anxiety attacks with no real reason for them. Sometimes feeling great and then all the sudden start feeling anxious with no ryme or reason behind it. I found online a natural product called Amoryn and Seredyn. These two natural products have helped me tremendously, not cured me, but helped me a lot. Research Amoryn and Seredyn online for yourself, you may be able to at least reduce the anxiety fears with these products.

I think you maybe have been experiencing that first fear filling like one would if they were dropped quickly like riding a roller coaster. At least with the roller coaster, you understand why you feel that fear feeling, but, when it happens for no real reason, then, a person starts thinking of all kinds of reasons for that feeling, like heart problems which again is scary to think about having heart problems so, when it happens, this is usually the first thing people worry about is a possible heart problem. Then anxiety creeps into the picture about having an attack while around other people etc. etc. etc. the list can get quite large. I have probably had every fear known to man, and well, I still get my work done, travel, etc. etc. etc.

I think that the anxiety is simply a chemical imbalance, and the anxiety is related to that imbalance in the body, either we are getting too much or not enough of something that keeps our bodies regulated.

Hopefully this helps a bit....try not to be scared about the anxiety...also eat as much natural foods as you can possibly stand. Also, water, water, water. Keep your body full of vitamins and minerals.
