I consulted two medical dictionaries for a definition of "rectal seal." Medical names come from Latin words, and are spelled differently in texts. There is a "recto" meaning relationship to the rectum. Another prefix for rectum is "procto", but no rectal seal. There is a "rectocele." Here is the medical definition for rectocele: a hernial(hernia) protrusion of part of the rectum into the vagina. Called also, "proctocele." Go Google and type in rectocele. Mayo Clinic may list rectocele, so give it a try.
