Black Cohosh did NOTHING for my menopausal symptoms. I experienced adverse side effects from it.
"Natural" and "solvent-free" does NOT mean it can be taken by everyone. One's physician should BE consulted BEFORE taking any OTC medications.
I would definitely see a chiropractor for your problems as they appear to be related to mis-aligned vertebrae and if this is the case, you will experience all the problems you have written about.
The clots could be due to maybe peri-menopause, you are old enough to be going through that right now, again, an adjustment of the lower back region could very well help.
I have a few problems with my body and I wanted to know if anyone out there can help me out., First i have a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. I corpral tunnel in both my wrists. I have plantar facitious, and my ankles crack, my feet swell too. then now my legs and upper legs tighten up like my body is sinking into my body. and also now my hips are so sore I start to cry. I am so tired of being so sore, what can I have the doctor wants me to use a walker, but i am only 48 that would make me feel so much older.Last period i had big chunks of liver size came out. I was freaking, what is this?????
Black Cohosh is very good, it was one of the main ingredients in the old time remedy called "Lydia Pinkham" The product called "Remifemin" is very good and is made in the right amounts.
Hi....I agree that some natural ingredients r great for menopausal relief....I took such a product and was extremely happy with the results, however, black cohash by itself can have adverse affects too.
Get it in a compound with other ingredients...I used a product called Remiferian....found at a local health food store after I had a reaction to HRT...this worked great...u take it 30 days, then off 30 days...one yr and I was able to stop...no hot flashes or other menopause symptoms.
