Anyone got any ideas on these symptoms?

About 6 weeks ago I began experiencing fasciculations in my legs. I was out of the country working for another few weeks so i scheduled a doc's appt when I got back. In that time the fasics progressed from my calves to kind of all over my body, additionally I am experiencing tightness in my arms and hands as well as the occassional cramp. Lastly I get sore from pretty easy going exercise. I've alway been pretty fit and now I feel real sore/crampy after a short run or bike ride. I've been to the doc who ran some blood tests, nothing came back very deficient, my B12 and vitamin D were a little low but not outside normal range so I am taking B12, D, Magnesium, Potassium and electrolyte supplements but no improvement. My PCP sent me to the eye doctor (no abnormalities) and to the Neurologist who did some strength testing and neurological tests (seeing if I could walk on my toes/heels, touch my nose with my eyes close etc) nothing abnormal there. She said benign facsic syndrome but I dont think that explains the soreness. I dunno, this ringing any bells for anyone else?
