Improving of eyesight in position of extension.

Hello,

32 years old, 173 cm, 71 kg

I've discovered the following:
When I throw back head up to the stop and hold in this position for 3-5 seconds, then return to the normal position I am noting the changes:
1. Improving of eyesight.
   - All things become more contrasting.
approximately as listed pictures:

   - I begin to see the shine on the things.
   - The colors are saturated.
2. Improving of the handwriting.
3. Improving of the hearing.
   - Any background sounds become audible.
   - An ability is appearing of taking more sounds at the same time and to switch attention from one to the other.
4. Begining to keep sitting posture without strain. Usually I can not stay sitting long.
5. Gradually general fatigue is ending in the body.

From the history I have a bed handwriting from a childhood, but now suddenly it turns to write neatly, as if the hand is easier to control. The eyesight has started to deteriorate at age 18. In addition to what is described (this characteristic seems as "force of eyesight"). I also have astigmatism and -1 diopters.

Please, write which diagnostics I need to make?
Please write which doctor i should visit neurosurgeon or vascular specialist or other?
I guess the reason is in clamping of blood vessel. If so, whether it can be solved with surgery?

Sincerely, Alexander
