Dizziness and vomiting

Ok I have posted on here before about my bf who has been having constant dizziness sence January of last year well he went through tons of testing throughout all last year and they werent able to find anything wrong with him...well now starting this january he is still getting dizzy and now it comes with vomiting he is bearly able to eat anything now because as soon as he eats he feels dizzy and then starting getting sick
what could be causing this? Is there some test i should be asking the doctor to do? Is there something maybe they are not checking for?
Thanks for any advice

He gets really dizzy he still has his hearing they thought he had vertigo but he was tested for that and they said there wasnt any signs of vertigo so now they are wanting to send him to a brain specialist my bf also drinks quite a bit but he has been getting sick even when he wasnt drinking so i just thought it was something to do with the dizzness as right after he eats anything with greese or butter is when he gets sick and dizzy together the most.. I had his doctor check his bp and she said everything like his iron, bp ect was all fine and they didnt see anything wrong with anything. its very confusing not knowing what is causing all the dizzness. Has your husband ever figured out what makes him dizzy and sick at the same time? Has he already went through brain testing to make sure there wasnt something wrong with his brain?

This is probably a totally different situation but maybe something will make sense to you.  My husband deals with dizziness.  He woke up with plugged ears.  This is sudden hearing loss and it caused dizziness.  It cant be fixed.  He went to specialist.  Different reasons this happens and that makes the difference if it can be fixed.  My husbands was a bacteria.  Some people vomit, he doesnt.  He was getting dizzy and falling which we found was due to his high blood pressure meds.  He was getting too much.  The doctors wouldnt listen when I asked why he needed that much.  They would say his bp is good , he needs it.   We lowered the dose on our own and he takes a really low dose and his numbers are still good and he doesnt fall.   He does vomit some days but he is an alcoholic and some times he will not  handle food well.
