Hello~If this keeps up or gets worse, I would see a doctor about this, plus, I would definitely see a Chiropractor. You see, if you have some vertebrae in your neck that is pinching certain nerves, you will have all kinds of vertigo problems. Chiropractors excel in this area, and I would be willing to say that if you were to see one, they would find all kinds of problems in your cervical region and be able to help you. Pinched nerves in your neck can also cause the other symptoms you mentioned.

I have been feeling dizzy for the past 3 months. Continuously, no stop!
I also feel confused, and have constant episodes of short memory loss.
I have pins and needles/numbness on my fingers and feet; like a rubbery feeling.
I have done several blood tests and I do not have diabetes or anaemia.

Can anyone help me here? Thank you

If you are experiencing diziness and a lot of white on your tongue then you should definitely be seen by a doctor. Are you a smoker or do you take any rx's? If you smoke that MAY be able to explain some of the diziness, also age due to changing hormones. But many things can cause it. Example, just two of many: If blood sugar levels are off(diabetes can develop at any age) or being anemia. As stated above you should really be seen by a doctor who can view your health history and  get some lab tests to make sure that you are alright.
