Ear ringing and head pressure

Hello, I am a 37 year old male about 6 ft. 215lbs. and for the past 2 months I have been having ear ringing in my right ear only and just this last week developed a strong pressure on the back of my head and sometimes on the sides. A nurse took my blood pressure and it was 144/94. Any suggestions?
Thank You.

Any history in your family of high blood pressure?

I would recommend following up with your physician; you might be hypertensive.

One can have symptoms such as the ones you had with high blood pressure or hypertension.

I would see a chiropractor, you may have some misaligned vertebrae out in the neck region, and they could be pressing on nerves causing the ringing and "full" feeling. After a few treatments, you should be better.
