Foot Pain.

Hi! I have a little question and I hope you can help me :)...a few weeks ago (1 week and a half) I had a little accident at my school during P.E class, while I was running I twisted my foot and fell down, the whole day was torture since it was really hard to walk...days passed and the pain wouldnt go away, my friend gave me a massage with Bengay (I think that's how it;s called) but the pain won't go away... it is really uncomfortable to walk and very painful...my foot isn't swollen but the pain is not decreasing...

My question is...should I go see a doctor and get some X-ray or is it normal that the pain continues? please help :D

A friend slipped while changing her kitty liter and she too thoguht she twisted her leg. she waited close to 2 weeeks and FInally went to the doctors. you guess it she broke her leg. the bone luckily heeled okay, however she still has pain when walking. the doctor told her that if she came in sooner she might not have the pains all of the time when she is on her feet.

Good luck and   hope you can get some answers

Hi, i am not a doc. But I have recently had an incident similar involoving my daughter. Let me say first, go to the doc! We let a whole week go by in which she was in pain. We thought she had a sprain or strain. There was no swelling or bruising! After a week, she was still in pain so we decided to take her in. She had an xray---low and behold she had broken her ankle bone! And since we waited so long, it began to heel, buckled inward! They had to take her to the E.R., sedate her, and tried to reposition the bone. Horrible. So, if I may recommend, try going to the doc and getting an xray! Good luck!
