Frequent Nausea and dizziness

Hi, I'm a 20 year old female. For about the last month I have been feeling dizzy, and even close to fainting on several occasions especially when standing up. Then about 3 weeks ago now, I had what I thought was a stomach bug with vomiting diarrhoea etc. However, since then I have been regularly feeling very nauseas, only ever at night, and I have only been able to stop myself being sick by taking anti-emetics. Also, when I have an episode of feeling sick, I have noticed that I need to urinate much more frequently and I feel very cold and shivery whatever the environmental temperature.

If anybody has any ideas what it could possibly be I would be very grateful, as it is seriously starting to affect my life especially because of my lack of sleep. I am also worried about taking anti-emetics long-term.

Thanks in advance. X

First make sure that you aren't pregnant since that could come along with a lot of the symptoms you described.
If not, take the advice sunilsahoo gave and try and get in with a GI specialist.
