I'm new to the stie and see a lot about this HCG. Also see it can be bought from many places and appears to be injections!!!! Is that right? What is it and how many are using this? Is this safe? Sounds scary, or illegal!!!!
I started on hcg on 9/13/11 - did my two loading days and doing great. I have been skeptical like many. I worried about side effects and health issues etc. I did have a headache for the first 3 days but it was manageable. That has gone away now and feeling fine. I have lost 6 lbs in 3 days! As many have said, each day you step on that scale it motivates you to hang in there for one more day to see what tomorrow brings. Thanks all for the info on this diet.
That is a hormone that lets you know when you are pregnant. They may give it to someone if they are having issues getting pregnant.
