BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SYMPTOMS FOR A WHILE.

If anyone can relate please answer . I have experience an urge to pee a lot frequently urinating no burning , chest  pains, heartburn , bloating, increased of passing gas, tenderness on my breast at times they hurt, stiff muscles on my neck and shoulders, stress, tiredness, lower back pain... What can this be? I'm not pregnant .

uterine issues, out of balance hormones, low Vitamin D, need of magnesium and potassium/sodium balance, low Vitamin B12... To suggest a few things
