Help chest pain

I am a 26 year old female i have been having really bad chest pain for about 2 hrs. now, I am also short of breath and i am feeling like i am going to black out. I don't know what to do. I don't really thank i am having a heart attack because of my age. Should i go to the E.R

Did you eat lately? If so ...what? It could be spasms of the asophagus,pain from that can be very sharp and painful and right in the center of your chest. But if you haven't been diagnosed with GERD, there could be something else going on and you should probably go to the ER.

Also the pain is a  crushing pain and also i am feeling sick to my stomach

It’s in the center of my chest. I don’t have anxiety issues or GERD.

Where exactly is the pain in your chest at? Are you having any anxiety issues? Have you been diagnosed with GERD?
