Help me I need a doctor who will actually help !!!

I live in Booneville Ms. and cannot find a doctor to treat me for my low back pain and pinched nerve with degenerative disk disease ! They want to give me meds that I have tried but don't help !Recently I found a nurse Practioner and FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS , I was heard !!! But guess what it seems the board of nursing decided he could not practice medicine . So after months of being on medicine that actually helped with my pain and my nerves I do not have a doctor at all and have been out of my meds for 2 months. When I walk into a doctors office I am scared to death to say anything about anything that will actually help me  ,medicine wise cause everyone wants to accuse you of being a drug addict !! I AM NOT A DRUG ADDICT !!!  i am in pain and due to all the pain , my nerves have gotten bad !! I CAN"T TAKE IT ANYMORE !!! What to do ?? I NEED A DOCTOR !!!!

Thanks for the insult !!! I really appreciate it !! Are you one of the doctors who has accused me of just wanting drugs ???? I have a pinched nerve among several other things PROVEN that are wrong with my back !! If there was a non- narcotic to help I would be more tahn happy to take it , but all the ones I have taken DO NOT HELP MY PAIN !! I have dealt with this pain for 7 years and am trying to get something done so I won't be in constant pain !!! So I would tell you NOT TO JUDGE THOSE YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT !!! And until you walked in MY SHOES, Which some days I can barely do, I would not call people names !!

Well, the word "junkie" is kind of harsh and demeaning. One can have both a dependence on an opiate and also have chronic intractable pain that the opiate provides relief from as well. In recent years the drug enforcement administration has begun to intense monitor prescriptions for opiates and they even give problems to physicians who specialize in pain relief. The penalties for the physician who prescribes opiates inappropriately (as defined by the DEA) are draconian and enforcement irrational and inconsistent. Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult for anyone to obtain opiates, without consideration for their need to relieve pain.
